Tips And Homemade Remedies To Prevent Acne
Acne is a common skin problem faced by most adolescents and even by some adults. It is caused due to the blocking of the pores of the skin. The sebaceous glands present in our skin produce sebum, which is an oily substance which prevents our skin from drying. But when the pores get blocked, the sebum can not flow out and builds up within the pores. When this sebum gets infected by bacteria, it results in acne. It is caused due to various reasons such as hormonal actions, diet, stress, vitamin deficiency etc.
There are many acne medications available in the market. Some of them are topical creams whereas others are oral medicines. Sometimes the use of these medicines may cause side effects. So before using these medicines, it is better to take the advice of a doctor.
