Exercise and Acne

In this article let’s discuss the relation between exercise and acne. Some believe exercise induce acne where as others believe that exercise reduces acne the chances of its outbreak, however studies reveal that exercise favors the persons with acne. Inorder to study in detail 29 males were selected and were divided into three groups. One group were made to exercise daily, one group were made to exercise irregularly and the other group were not made to do any exercise after observation it was found that person who exercised regularly did not develop any acne where as other two groups developed acne.Now let us see the influence of exercise in your body and how it reduces the risk of acne.

The effect of excersise on Cardio vascular system
Cardio vascular system includes the net of arteries, veins and minute capillaries penetrated into the dermis of the skin. By doing g regular exercise continuous and uninterrupted blood flow across the body thus a free supply of blood is ensured to the dermis and the walls of the hair follicles.

Lungs and Oxygen
Oxygen intake is needed for the functioning of every organ. Body gets oxygen by inhalation process of lungs. Normally in a single inhalation lungs absorb only 16 percent of the oxygen. But regular exercise increase the lung capacity and thus the percentage of oxygen absorbed is also increased.
Excess oxygen nourishes the skin cells thoroughly. With the help of oxygen skincell buildsADP triphosphat molecule and these molecules are responsible in providing the energy for the cells and the cells supply energy to whole body. This results in healthy skin.

Balancing the hormones
Human body consists of several organs and these organs needs to be interconnected. They are interconnected each other by two mediums. One is the nervous system and the other is the harmone.
Nervous system includes the brain, spinal cord and tiny nerves; it is the fast medium of communication between the organs. Hormones interconnect all the organs depending on the rapidly fluctuating requirement of the body.

The pituatory gland controls secretion of hormone, which is present in the brain our body temperature is regulated by the secretion of hormones. Hormones also regulate various other aspects of the body. When we exercise body sweats inorder to maintain the body temperature at the optimum level. The sweat is triggered by the function of hormones. As the body sweats clogged pores and hair follicles are opened and the risk of formation of acne is also reduced.

Hormones Exercise and relaxation
Exercise helps in regulating hormones, which are responsible to change the mood. Only because of harmones we laugh and some make us to weep. Exercise induces the harmone that relaxes the body and the stress is lessened. AS the stress is one of the major factors that causes acne, exercise reduce the acne formed by stress.

 Conclusion
As a result of regular exercise we can see the disappearance of black heads and white heads gradually and the result would be a supple acne free skin.
