Some vitamins are used as a remedy for acne and this is called as vitamin therapy. Duration of this therapy is one month. In Vitamin therapy, niacin and Vitamin A are successfully used to treat acne. This includes intake of 100mg of niacin, three times a day, and 50000 international units of Vitamin A, three times a day. 400mg of Vitamin E should be taken once daily Acne treatment using Zinc and should be taken for a month.In some cases Zinc treatment has given dramatic results and is considered as another effective remedy in the area of nutrition for curing acne.</p>
<p>Zinc tablet is available as Zinfet-200 mg (Yash Pharma, Bombay). The patient can take a quarter of the tablet, so that the intake is 50 mg of Zinc. In capsule form, Zinc is available as Ulseal 220 mg (Tam Pharmaceuticals). A single dosage should be equivalent to one-fourth of the powder available in the capsule. The patient can take a dose of 50 mg per day. Zinc can be taken up to one month or till there is noticeable improvement then the intake has to be reduced to 25 mg.</p>
<p>Some easy home made remedies are also effective for the treatment of acne using easily available products.<br />
Home remedy for Acne using Orange peel Crush the orange peel with a stone or any hard substance and such pounded orange has to be mixed with the water. Such mixture can be applied to the acne-affected areas.</p>
<p><strong><em>Home remedy for Acne Using Lemon</em></strong><br />
One of the simple and cost effective remedies for acne at home is to regularly apply the lemon juice, which has proved beneficial in reducing both Pimple and acne.</p>
<p><strong><em>Home Acne treatment using Garlic</em></strong><br />
The Garlic is said to cure even the toughest of acne problem. Garlic can be applied and can be taken inside. Rubbing raw garlic on the skin several times a day helps to get a clear skin without spots, pimples and boils. Garlic can be taken inside also. Including three seeds of raw garlic per day for one month purifies the blood, and the cleaned blood keeps acne away.</p>
<p><em><strong>Acne treatment using Coriander and Mint juice</strong></em><br />
Another effective home remedy for pimples and blackheads is Mint juice and coriander juice. One teaspoon of Coriander juice on mixing with a pinch of turmeric can keep the black heads and pimples away. For the best result the mixture can be applied in the night after washing it thoroughly. Mint juice can also be combined with turmeric and can be used as an alternative for coriander juice.</p>
<p><em><strong>Acne treatment using Fenugreek</strong></em><br />
The leaf of fenugreek is another product for home made treatment of acne. Using the leaves of fenugreek a paste has to be made and this paste should be applied all over the face in the night. In the morning wash it with warm water and this is another medicine to prevent pimples and black heads.</p>
<p><em><strong>Acne treatment using Cucumber</strong></em><br />
Cucumber juice is a best tonic for the skin. To prevent black heads and pimples cucumber has to be grated and then applied on the face, eyes and the neck. Keeping it for 15 to 20 minutes and using it frequently is more effective.</p>

Some believe exercise induce acne where as others believe that exercise reduces acne the chances of its outbreak, however studies reveal that exercise favors the persons with acne. Inorder to study in detail 29 males were selected and were divided into three groups. One group were made to exercise daily, one group were made to exercise irregularly and the other group were not made to do any exercise after observation it was found that person who exercised regularly did not develop any acne where as other two groups developed acne.Now let us see the influence of exercise in your body and how it reduces the risk of acne.</p>
<p><strong><em>The effect of excersise on Cardio vascular system</em></strong><br />
<img class="alignleft" style="float: left;" src="http://www.no-more-acne.org/images/exc.jpg" alt="" width="86" height="135" />Cardio vascular system includes the net of arteries, veins and minute capillaries penetrated into the dermis of the skin. By doing g regular exercise continuous and uninterrupted blood flow across the body thus a free supply of blood is ensured to the dermis and the walls of the hair follicles.<br />

Exercise helps in regulating hormones, which are responsible to change the mood. Only because of harmones we laugh and some make us to weep. Normally these bacteria and fungus is kind and harmless on normal skin, but in the oily skin these becomes harmful bacteria. They cause trouble to the skin when there is blockage or congestion due to excess oil that block the skin pores. As a result of blocked skin pores skin breaths less oxygen the harmful bacterium develops and survives in the low oxygen inside the glands. These bacteria react chemically and change the triglycerides into fatty acids. These fatty acids causes the formation of white heads which in turn develops into acne.There are many reasons for the formation, spreading up and scarring of acne. Some of the main reasons are listed below: -<br />

Continual Touch and picking</strong></em><br />
Acne causes severe itching and irritation to the skin. As a result the tendency of rubbing, picking, piercing, applying pressure, wearing tight sweat bands etc are increased. But this results in severe increase of acne and thus risk of scarring is also heightened.</p>
<p><strong><em>Cooking and frying<br />
</em></strong>When heavy and deep fried food is cooked, it results in the flying grease or oil particles in the air. Persons like the household women are more likely to expose themselves to such air and fumes; such condition is a gateway to acne and also worsens their acne condition.</p>
<p><strong><em>Hot and humid weather<br />
</em></strong>Body sweats more in heat and humidity. During the hot and humid weather the excess sweat combines with the low evaporation of the sweat and increases the irritation of acne as a fuel added to the burning fire.</p>

</em></strong>A highly inflammatory form of acne attacks the anemic women. Giving them frequent doses of vitamin B12 can prevent such case.</p>

</em></strong>Research shows that Iodine rich foods and drugs have an adverse effect on the acne. Spinach, toothpaste and some medicines used as the remedy for asthma and cold, contain iodides, bromides and fluorides are harmful to acne.</p>

</em></strong>During hysterectomy and Menopause stage of the women the level of androgen hormone, which is called as the male hormone, dominates, and raises in out of proportion and the level of estrogen called as the female hormone decreases or drops. Such increase and decrease of androgen and estrogen hormones respectively may result in an outbreak of acne. The imbalance in these hormones can lead to hairiness also.</p>
<p><strong><em>Use of wrong cosmetics<br />
</em></strong>One should be very careful in selecting the right cosmetics. Some skin creams like the vanishing cream, make-up products, etc are developed from the fatty acids and oils. Such creams have high absorption and these products when used on our skin are powerful in stimulating the formation of acne.</p>

</em></strong>Stress can invite acne. Sudden formation of acne is found in the students who prepare or appear for their exams. The reason of the appearance of sudden acne is the increased stress during the exam period.</p>
